I have worked at Central Avenue Homes since 1998 and we have built more than 460 unit developments, single, double and three storey homes in Perth and surrounding areas in that time.

We build houses from lock up, which is the main structure, walls, roof, windows, ceilings and the house is locked up, and then the client uses their own trades and friends to finish the house, to builders completion, which is when the client finishes off the house with floor and window treatments and landscaping, and turn key, which is a house ready to live in with no more work to do including TV aerials, clothesline, letterbox, landscaping etc.
When you build with Central Avenue homes, you deal with the owners of the business, our in house design draftee is the person that you meet with and discuss your ideas for your new home, she is a Residential Designer & Client Consultant and has been an integral member of the Central Avenue Homes team for over 7 years.
