Thermomix Beef Stroganoff


I can never get beef to cook and be tender in my TMX, do you have any suggestions or hints

YUM . . . it was delicious, I timed this recipe from pantry to table and it only took 23mins to prepare and serve a healthy recipe made from scratch. This recipe is from the Thermomix Everyday Cooking recipe book.

I will confess to having a little helper . . . my Tupperware rice cooker. It cooks perfect rice in 12 minutes, if you don’t have another way to cook rice or would prefer to do both parts in the Thermomix, I suggest cooking the beef stroganoff for only 18 minutes in the final stage and storing it in your thermoserver until the rice is ready.

Beef stroganoff

Ingredients

1 onion, peeled and halved

30g Butter

550g Tenderloin Fillet cut into 2.5cm strips

120g Mushrooms, washed and halved

1Tbs Tomato Paste

100g White Wine

1Tbs Corn Flour

1tsp Dijon Mustard

120g Sour Cream

1Tbs Paprika

1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper

1tsp Salt
